Where to start with Troy's service... I can honestly say that Troy really does give you "WOW" service when he does your floor. In February of 2010 I had an idea for my basement floor, Troy made it come true. By the end of April my basement floor was finished. He took the time to come out to my house letting me see pictures and offering suggestions on designs that I might could use. Also made available to me that I might create my own. Troy has a great personality, making you feel comfortable in the decision you used to allow him to do your floor i.e. different colors, hues, patterns, and final top coats. When he began the procedure, he didn't mind if I observed his work, and man did he work. The weather did not cooperate with us, very humid thus causing longer drying times. Troy went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed in a week as he promised, he was at my house anywhere from 6am to 9pm for a week on any given day. He brought in fans, and dehumidifiers making it work. If you want something "different" give Troy a call, let him give you the same "WOW" effect that he gave me and my basement floor. My guests say they never seen anything else like it. That's what I set out to do. Thanks Troy, you rock!
